Preorders, shipping, & policies

The shop is now closed! The policies page is still up for reference. If you'd like to get updates on when the webshop will be open again, plus a discount when it opens again, you can sign up for my infrequent email newsletter.

All sales are final; no returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible. If there's a problem with your order (something is missing or damaged), please email me ( contact at careydraws dot com ) and I'll do my best to make it right! I'm running this shop solo, so it might take me a bit to reply. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Shipping timeline: All of these products were preorders! Now that the shop is closed, orders have begun shipping, and all orders will ship between 6/6 and 6/20. You should receive an email from shipstation/bigcartel when your order is prepared, and once it goes into the USPS system the tracking number should work.

Shipping in the US uses USPS ground advantage/ first-class mail (tracking # included).

Shipping outside of the US uses GlobalPost Standard International (tracking # included). If you're shipping internationally, please make sure all the information needed to get the package into your country and to your address is present. Customs, taxes, & duties are the responsibility of the customer. GlobalPost Standard International estimates 9 days delivery after your package ships.

If you would like a product shipped to a country that isn't listed, please contact me ( contact at careydraws dot com ) and I'll let you know if it's possible! I am unfortunately not able to ship to the UK.

Shipping exceptions: if you're ONLY ordering a couple stickers and/or 1-2 mini-minicomics, I will ship your order in a regular old envelope with a regular old stamp- hence the low shipping cost of those items by themselves. Otherwise, they'll go in the package with your larger book!
